  • Kale: 80gm. (leaves finely chopped)
  • Brown Rice: 500gm. (microwaved)
  • Olive Oil: 1 tbsp.
  • Soy Sauce (Low Salt): 1 tbsp.
  • Red Wine Vinegar: 1 tbsp.

How to make the dish?

Step 1- Warm the oil in a pan over a high flame and stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes. 

Step 2 - Add the chorizo to the chicken and cook for 2 more minutes until the chorizo releases its flavor and the chicken turns golden brown. 

Step 3 - Once the chicken gets the desired golden brown color, take out the chicken from the pan leaving all the excess oil in the pan. Set the chicken aside on tissue paper as it absorbs the oil from the chicken.

Step 6 - Add the chicken back to the pan. Now with a steady hand toss and turn the rice to mix everything well. Cook for 3-4 minutes more so that all the flavors set together.
